We’re thrilled to introduce the first coffee in our exclusive Solstice Series—a remarkable natural-processed Guatemalan microlot from our dear friend Ricardo Zelaya.The Zelaya family has been proud stewards of multiple farms in the area, they have dedicated themselves to meticulously preserving, refining, and enhancing Antigua's reputation as one of Guatemala's most cherished and renowned coffee regions.
Nestled on the fertile southern slopes of the Volcán de Agua in the Antigua Valley, Finca Santa Clara spans ninety hectares. Since 1988, it has been under the ownership and management of Ricardo Zelaya, representing the fourth generation of the Zelaya family devoted to coffee production at Santa Clara.
This coffee is truly one of a kind: bright, lively, and boasting vibrant fruit nuances balanced with a smooth finish. Thanks to the natural process, the beans spend extra time interacting with the cherry’s sugars, creating that naturally fruit-forward flavour. A rare delight for the true coffee connoisseur.
Extremely limited availability: only a small number of bags have been roasted in micro batches. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
