Coffee: We will gladly accept any returns as long as the coffee is sealed, and the purchaser pays the return shipping. Should any issues arise, please contact us at 1-888-294-1111 within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and your coffee needs.

Merchandise & Equipment: We will gladly accept any returns as long as the product is unused and the purchaser pays return postage. Should any issues arise, please contact us at 1-888-294-1111 within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
