Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our North Vancouver, BC facility.

Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Please note: submitting an order does not guarantee inventory availability. If any items are unavailable, our team will contact you directly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Remote locations and PO boxes may be subject to additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
