Cold days call for something simple, cozy and reliable. Whether you need a latte after a snowy morning or a festive cocktail once the shopping is done, here are a few of our favourite holiday beverages made with Bean Around The World coffees.

Peppermint Mocha
A true holiday classic. Chocolate and peppermint always hit the mark on cold winter days.
Ingredients
¾ cup strong coffee or a shot of espresso
â…“ cup half and half or preferred milk
1½ tsp peppermint extract
1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
Whipped cream and crushed candy canes optional
Instructions
- Brew your coffee or espresso.
- Warm the milk in a saucepan on medium heat if you don’t have an espresso machine with a steam wand.
- Add vanilla, sugar, peppermint extract and cocoa. Stir until small bubbles form.
- Combine the milk mixture with the coffee in your mug.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if you want the full holiday hit.

Gingerbread Latte
Gingerbread is a holiday staple. Add it to a latte and it becomes an instant favourite.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or dairy substitute
- ½ cup espresso or strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons gingerbread simple syrup
- Optional whipped cream
Instructions:
- Heat milk over medium heat in a small saucepan. Do not boil.
- Brew your espresso or coffee.
- When the milk steams and small bubbles form, turn off the heat and whisk until frothy.
- In a mug, add espresso, gingerbread syrup and frothed milk. Stir gently.
- Add whipped cream if desired.

Santa’s Christmas Coffee
A fast, simple holiday brew that works for a crowd. Four ingredients, one pot, big flavour.
Ingredients:
- 12 cups water
- 1½ cups ground coffee
- ¼ teaspoon clove
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Garnishes: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, sprinkles or a mini candy cane.
Instructions:
- Add clove and cinnamon to the ground coffee and brew as usual.
- Top with whipped cream and your choice of garnish.

Hot Pumpkin Eggnog made with Rainforest Organic
Flavour Profile: Chocolate, Earthy, Spicy
Hot Pumpkin Eggnog
Pumpkin and eggnog in one cup. Rich, warm and perfect for evenings at home.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups milk or rich dairy alternative
- 1 large egg + 1 yolk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- â…› teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- â…› teaspoon cinnamon
- â…› teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- Fresh grated nutmeg
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, egg, yolk, sugar, spices, salt and vanilla. Whisk well.
- Before boiling, the mixture will thicken and the froth will hold its shape. Remove from heat and whisk in pumpkin puree.
- Pour into mugs and top with fresh nutmeg.
*For a caffeine kick, add a shot of espresso. For a nightcap, add rum, whiskey or bourbon.*
Keto Cinnamon Toast Butter Coffee made with our Christmas Blend
Smoky, Floral, Fruity
Keto Cinnamon Toast Butter Coffee
A crowd-pleaser that covers the keto drinkers and still wins over everyone else.
Ingredients:
- 8oz black coffee
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
Flavoured Whipped Cream (16 servings)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
Cinnamon Sugar (8 servings)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granular sweetener
Instructions:
- Whip cream and syrup together until airy. Refrigerate.
- Blend coffee, butter and syrup on high until frothy.
- Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream.
- Mix cinnamon and sweetener and sprinkle on top.
Apple Pie Hot Toddy
A warm, spiced cocktail that turns any cold night into a cozy one.
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 chai tea bags
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 100 ml apple brandy
Instructions:
- Bring water to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Add honey and dissolve. Remove from heat, steep tea for five minutes, then add lemon juice and brandy.
- Garnish with sliced apple or a cinnamon stick.
*Hosting tip: brew a large batch of the tea base and add brandy as you serve.*
