The Barrel Series #3 is a collaboration with our good friends Ricardo Zelaya Coffees and Central City Distillers.

We've aged our award-winning Santa Clara green coffee in an oak Lohin McKinnon whiskey barrel. Sample roasting during the ageing process until we hit perfection.
