The Barrel Rum Aged Coffee

We're back at it once again with our friends over at Central City Brewing! This time around, the Central City team has lent one of their Sparrow Rum barrels for us to create some magic with.

We've aged some of our green Cuban Serrano beans within the rum barrel for two weeks, picking up all of the heavenly flavour notes of their Sparrow Rum.

Allow us to take your taste buds on a trip down south, experiencing notes of smoky, rich and chocolaty goodness. Just like our previous collaboration on the Whisky Aged Coffee, this one won't sit on shelves for long. Get your hands on a bag (or two) while supplies last.
