Roasting is an art
and we have been doing it for over 25 years. Artisan-style roasting practices allow us to roast every batch to perfection. What’s the secret? Us. Instead of using computer technology, we have an on-site roast expert who appraises every single bean, every single day. Sight, sound, smell, repeat. Quality control calls for roasting the highest quality beans in the smallest batches possible. We use two in-house cast-iron vintage Probat roasters from the late 1950’s, allowing us to pour the best cup of coffee in the world. Another thing you should know, we do not and will not roast by trend. We stick to our coffee roots and do what we like. Because of this custom roast practice, our coffee has it’s signature rich, full-bodied taste, exclusive to Bean Around the World.
